This is one of the most prominent boozers in the area, located right on the main square in Bugibba.
Luckily enough, it is also one of the best.
They’ve got plenty of seats outside, and a appropriately dimly lit interior with all the assorted oddments you like to see hanging off walls in pubs.

When it gets a bit warmer you can sit outside in the covered outdoor area and watch people swelter in the sun as you get into a cold Cisk. Now I gave a lukewarm review of their English breakfast a few months ago, but the food from the pub is a different story. For all I know, the food comes from the same place, in which case, TRY HARDER on the breakfast. Anyway, we had a lasagna and a pasta dish, and both of them ranked high on our all-time pub grub lists. That’s All Time including Ireland and the UK and various other countries I can’t be bothered to mention here.
Lasagna is one of the most often abused (burnt on the outside cold on the inside is standard in a lot of places) Italian dishes around, so I was very very impressed with Harry’s effort.

They also do a selection of snacks like the ‘fish without chips’ you can see here, and which we can confirm are pretty tasty. (There were originally 4 pieces, but we did not have sufficient patience to wait for the photo to be taken before eating one of them).
No complaints about the beer either.
