This is not an expensive breakfast at just four quid, but it would be fair to say that the plate does not exactly overflow with food.
One sausage, which always disappoints and saddens me, and they don’t go overboard with the other ingredients either. In fact it’s one of pretty much everything except the beans.
Okay, and the potato McHash efforts as well.
It’s nice to be able to sit outside in a secluded courtyard near Bugibba square, but maybe the Bucc is more of a cold beer type of an establishment. There is just too much competition around here for standard fare like this to make an impression. It’s cheap, but it’s not the cheapest or the best value.
They have rooms there though, so this is one for the paying guests really – leave it to them.
