This is what you get in Huggins Pub in Paceville.
It is an English breakfast and it is tasty and I can’t come up with a whole lot more to say about it. Standard Fare.
Huggins is a large-ish bar which is good for watching footballing events and which has plenty of seats outside for when the weather is fine. They do burgers and chips and other food of that nature, and they have a karaoke night every week as well, if that’s your bag. And if you are still hungry after the Huggin’s breakfast, you can just pop across the road to the Black Bull and try one of their mammoth breakfast platters.
Okay so this is a perfectly acceptable breakfast, reasonably priced and you can certainly do worse. Maybe I’m just getting fussy in the search for something out of the ordinary – it turns out that maybe it is possible to have too many English breakfasts… (although I haven’t reached that sorry state of affairs just yet).
So good work Huggins, but not quite good enough to be called the Best Full English in Malta.
