Just when you think you’ve seen every type of ingredient for an English breakfast, along come Milk & Coffee cafe with a bundle of sweetcorn tipped onto your plate.
I am not convinced that the sweet-corn kernel should really form part of a fried breakfast (it’s not fried, for one thing) but I will allow it.
This place uses decent ingredients all round, so you could do a lot worse than to find this little cafe near the bus terminal in Bugibba/Qawra. Not the cheapest breakfast in the area, but one of the better examples available.
