The heart sinks just a little bit when you order an English breakfast only to be told that “The kitchen is not completely open at the moment”.
In fairness it didn’t take them too long to open it ‘completely’ (as opposed to whatever stage of openness it had been in previously) and after about 10 minutes breakfast was served.

So how was this breakfast? Fine. Nothing special. 2 eggs, 2 rashers, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of toast and I didn’t count how many beans there were, but definitely more than two. Cost a fiver, which is also fine. It’s a nice location where you can sit outside, and is down the first street on the left when you come into Valletta, meaning that most people don’t go down there. So yeah, breakfast nothing special but I imagine it’s a great spot for a sunshine beer and to escape the hordes of sightseers when you’re in the capital next.
