This picturesque little park is located on the West of Valletta, overlooking Floriana. You get there by turning left once you are inside the city walls – it’s not hard to find and provides some nice views over the neighbouring towns. Legend has it that the gardens were built in just 4 hours by hard working labourers. Every day I walk past a small apartment block which has been in construction since I arrived in Malta 15 months ago, and which isn’t even Nearly finished yet, so I have my doubts. But I digress. Come up here to get a couple of snaps and refresh the eye with some greenery.
