Unfortunately working in Malta is a little more complicated for non-EU members. You need a special work permit which your employer applies for on your behalf. This is only available if you can show that you are more suitable for the position than any Maltese applicants and as such it is pretty difficult to get. I’ve attached a link on the post above to a site providing more info on this. If you have specific experience working in casinos you should try to contact the casino via their websites and see if they are willing to apply for the permit.
